1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 9gk platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and current.

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Must be a citizen or legal permanent resident of the country where you register.
• Not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit participation in online gaming activities.
• Not previously banned or suspended from the 9gk platform for fraud, misconduct, or terms violations.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party or corporate entity.

9gk reserves the right to decline registration applications or close existing accounts without providing reasons, particularly if there is suspicion that information provided is false or misleading. 9gk's decision in such matters is final.

2 Account Management & Security

Each member is fully responsible for their own account. 9gk encourages all members to take the following steps to keep their account secure at all times.

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and never share it with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device or public Wi-Fi network.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings for an added layer of security.
• Notify the 9gk support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

9gk shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access due to a member's own negligence, including sharing login credentials, using devices infected with malware, or ignoring security warnings issued by our team.

Personal information in an account may only be updated through official channels with proper identity verification. 9gk reserves the right to reject update requests that are suspicious or cannot be verified.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

9gk supports multiple local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.
• 9gk reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for anti-money laundering (AML) verification purposes if a transaction is deemed unusual.
• Any attempt to transfer funds through unapproved channels will result in account suspension and an investigation being initiated.
• Funds deposited via certain methods may need to be withdrawn through the same method, subject to the payment processor's policy.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Program

9gk offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated.

• Rollover Requirement: Every bonus carries a rollover requirement as stated in the relevant promotion terms. For example, a x5 rollover bonus means you must wager five times the bonus value before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within the valid period will be automatically forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or categories. Playing with bonus funds on excluded games may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to one bonus per promotion only, unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim duplicate bonuses through multiple accounts is considered fraud.
• 9gk's Discretion: 9gk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of abuse or exceptional circumstances.

5 Game Rules & Fair Play

9gk is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment. All games on our platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent international audit bodies.

• Members are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, exploit tools, or other unauthorised methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion between players to cheat other players or exploit the gaming system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
• Any winnings obtained through unauthorised means, software bug exploitation, or fraud will be voided in full without compensation.
• Disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted to the support team within 72 hours of the game ending. Disputes raised after this period may not be processed.
• 9gk's decision in all gaming disputes is final and binding once an internal investigation has been conducted.

All advertised Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and casino games are long-term estimates based on millions of rounds. They do not guarantee results in any individual gaming session. 9gk is not liable for losses incurred by members during play, as this is an inherent characteristic of games of chance.

6 Account Suspension & Termination

9gk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to do so. Reasons that may lead to such action include:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false information or falsifying identity documents.
• Holding multiple accounts or attempting to re-register after account termination.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Harassment of support staff or other members through abusive language or threats.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the member personally.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 9gk support team at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any eligible balance will be returned after security checks are completed.

7 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The 9gk platform is provided "as-is". While we strive to ensure continuous and uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always operate free of technical errors, disruptions, or downtime.

• 9gk is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, cyberattacks beyond our control, or exceptional circumstances (force majeure).
• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable game outcomes are the member's sole responsibility — this is an accepted risk when choosing to play.
• 9gk is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or other financial liabilities that may be imposed on a member's winnings under the laws of their respective country.
• Links to third-party websites or services (if any) are provided for convenience only. 9gk does not guarantee the content or security of those third-party sites.

8 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

9gk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website unless a different effective date is stated.

• Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notifications.
• Continued use of the 9gk platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you disagree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your eligible balance before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 9gk operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to a recognised arbitration body, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
